- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to protocols.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and access points to maintain a secure environment.
- Handle incoming emails and correspondence from department heads, prioritize tasks, and coordinate scheduling to meet security needs.
- Maintain a detailed log of visitors and delivery vehicles.
- Inspect and patrol premises regularly.
- Escort visitors & contractors to designated meeting areas.
- Report parking and speeding violations in violation log.
- Immediately notify supervisors in case of criminal activities, incidents, or accidents.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- First contact for food deliveries.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1 year of security experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
